Running Resources Library for Coaching Clients


In this library of resources, you will find answers to all of your running-related questions! Currently, this library is exclusively for current coaching clients. I recommend starting with the "Training" topics. The subtopics are ordered from most to least important to review. In general, 1 new topic is added each week! You will receive the topic write-up through Final Surge on Mondays. The message title will read "Coach Jamie's weekly tip." Do you have a running question that is not yet answered in this library?
